On #1 Work Deeply - rituals and boundaries are important, but it's difficult when people around you don't see the importance of this.
thankfully i live with just 1 other person and 2 chinchillas... it also helps that my deep work time now is starting at 30 minutes so it's possible to stay away from them for this short time!
